Help us resurrect the full UAP Disclosure Act
In July 2023, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), along with co-sponsoring senators Mike Rounds (R-SD), Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Kristen Gillibrand (D-NY), proposed a bill on the senate floor called the UAP Disclosure Act. In the opening paragraphs it mentions the reason for writing the bill:
Legislation is necessary because credible evidence and testimony indicates that Federal Government unidentified anomalous phenomena records exist that have not been declassified or subject to mandatory declassification review...

It goes on to refer to the positive existence of non-human intelligence, mentioning the term 21 times. It even defines the term as follows:
NON-HUMAN INTELLIGENCE.—The term “non-human intelligence” means any sentient intelligent non-human lifeform regardless of nature or ultimate origin that may be presumed responsible for unidentified anomalous phenomena or of which the Federal Government has become aware.

Regarding the existence of these technologies, the bill claims eminent domain:

EXERCISE OF EMINENT DOMAIN.—The Federal Government shall exercise eminent domain over any and all recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence that may be controlled by private persons or entities in the interests of the public good.

Central to the success of the bill is a Review Board consisting of nine people appointed by the President who would have subpoena power to access all records across government, review them for any specific national security redactions, and release the remainder to the public:

SENSE OF CONGRESS.—It is the sense of the Congress that...all heads of Executive agencies should cooperate in full with the Review Board to seek the disclosure of all material relevant to unidentified anomalous phenomena, technologies of unknown origin, and non-human intelligence consistent with the public interest.

The bipartisan bill easily passed the Senate with a vote of 75 for and 25 against or not present. The bill then moved to the House for their approval, and was unfortunately met with resistance. Congressmen Mike Turner (R-OH) and Mike Rogers (R-AL), chairmen of powerful House committees, made several key changes that essentially neutered the bill to be almost powerless.

First, the Review Board panel was totally stripped. Instead, the power to withhold this information is left with the current heads of government - the same ones who have been withholding the records for decades from the public. They can take as long as "practicable" to prepare the records, in other words, ad infinitum, and without consequence.

Second, the eminent domain portion was removed. Now, the same entities who have been hiding the technology for decades remain under control of those technologies.

What are these technologies?

Based on the behavior of these unidentified anomalous phenomena, or commonly referred to as simply UAP, the following two can be positively inferred:

1. The ability to repeatedly and nearly instantaneously accelerate to and decelerate from at least Mach 20.
2. The ability to continually hover in place without a heat signature, propellers or sound, even in hurricane winds.

According to Dr. Garry Nolan, a Professor of Pathology at Stanford University School of Medicine who has published more than 300 research articles and holds 40 US patents, "we have multiple simultaneous sensor systems that have seen these objects go from 50 feet above the water to up to 14 miles and then back in less than a second...But then how much energy is required to do it? Well more than the whole nuclear output of the planet per day"

And finally, the subpoena power was removed from the bill. This would have given Congress the power to physically remove the records from the heads of government, and the non-human technology from the private entities, and provide them to the scientific community for study and use for the betterment of the lives of Americans and mankind. Instead, these heads of government and private entities will continue to retain these documents and technologies, respectively, in their private domain.

At Reveal Reality, we believe the fate of the world is at stake. We are stuck on a dying planet, and we'll all die with it if we don't find a way to revive it or leave it. With these technologies, currently under control of private defense contractors, we could save the world by either giving it enough energy to live forever, and/or leaving the planet to find a better one among the stars.
We also believe the original, bipartisan, 64-page UAP Disclosure Act with eminent domain, subpoena power, and the presidential Reveal Panel, is the best way to move humanity forward towards being saved. The original bill must be reinstated and passed as a new bill, and anyone in the Congress standing in the way of this goal will be met with the force of the funding of our donors until they are out of the office and the bill can finally proceed as originally planned. If you agree, we urge you donate to our cause.
